1992
Dietmar Wendt founds the
Wentronic Electronic
Components GmbH.
1993/94
The founder asks his sons Marcus and
Michael Wendt to join the company.
1996
Construction of the new company headquarters at the
current location near the Braunschweig Harbour.
1999
Expansion of the office building and warehouse by 1400 m2.
2005
Foundation of the
Wentronic Asia Pacific Ltd.
2007
Extension of the warehouse
by another 1500 m².
2010
Management handover to the next Generation
and change in the company name.
2012
Construction of the new Logistics Center
and Headquarter Office Building.
2016
Foundation of Wentronic Holding GmbH.
2017
Wentronic Holding acquires
a stake in Cellnet Group Ltd.
